Prime Architects was hired by a private developer to design a residential urban infill project in the heart of Oklahoma City’s Classen Ten-Penn district, an area known for its historic preservation and proximity to local independent merchants and diverse neighbors.
As the developer wished to maximize this small corner lot, Prime Architects designed a plan to include six individual units utilizing a three-level floor plan with a tandem garage on the ground level and two levels of living spaces.
Units are designed to be modern and luxurious with floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and ample balcony space.
